Behind the creation of our satin bonnets of the 4 African countries currently: Congo, Cameroon, Senegal and Ivory Coast, our desire was much deeper than selling simple bonnets with the flag of each country.

Here is the reason for these beanies :

Growing up far from your country of origin, or being born outside of it, can sometimes lead to a feeling of emptiness. An invisible attachment to a culture you barely know, memories recounted rather than lived, a language you understand without always being able to speak it perfectly, and sometimes even not daring to converse for fear of making "pronunciation mistakes"...
